What’s it all about?
Our bodies undergo many hormonal changes over the course of our lives, often accompanied by physical and psychological symptoms. Whether it’s menstrual cramps, severe PMS/PMDD, menopause, perimenopause, or andropause. During this time, hormonal transition, discontinuing testosterone therapy (e.g., as a gel or depot injection), as well as microdosing and stress, also present unique challenges.
TIN* people, in particular, often feel left alone by traditional cis-endo medicine when it comes to the questions and concerns that accompany these changes. In our workshop, we aim to create a community space specifically for this purpose, where you can expect the following:
Theory: We’ll provide you with easy-to-understand background knowledge on how closely stress, hormones, nutrition, and exercise are interconnected. You’ll learn how to specifically support your body through the various phases.
Holistic Movement: Together, we’ll try out various moderate forms of exercise. We’ll incorporate elements from Qi Gong, do breathing and relaxation exercises, and boost our circulation with short strength and endurance sessions. We’ll flexibly adjust the intensity to your current hormonal situation and personal well-being—without any pressure to perform.
Space for Sharing: During a Q&A session, there’s time for your questions, your concerns, and sharing experiences with others.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or large towel, water, and possibly snacks
Accessibility information: Elevator and wheelchair accessible toilet are provided
