Who is this workshop for?

This space is exclusively for trans*, inter*, and non-binary people* who are taking hormones as part of their transition (e.g., testosterone, estrogens, progesterone, hormone blockers).

What’s it all about?

Our liver works extremely hard every day: it detoxifies, produces proteins, and activates hormones. When we introduce hormones into the body from outside, this means extra work for the liver. This can sometimes manifest as changes in blood or urine test results, restlessness, or digestive issues.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how the liver works together with the gut and the body’s hormonal metabolism. You’ll learn how you can noticeably relieve and support your liver during hormonal transition through targeted nutrition and daily exercise.

What can you expect?

Theory: Easy-to-understand information about liver function in relation to the cardiovascular system, the gut, and digestion, as well as hormonal transition and stress.

Holistic movement: We’ll combine everyday, joint-friendly exercises (such as Qi Gong, stretching, core stabilization, and relaxation). The focus is entirely on regeneration, stress regulation, and promoting your blood circulation.

All exercises can be flexibly adapted. For people with limited mobility or difficulty standing, there are suitable exercise alternatives.

Accessibility information: Elevator and wheelchair accessible toilet are provided
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or large towel, water, and possibly snacks
